How to determine if you have the Right ingredients for a successful trail system

In school you got a letter grade A thru F. Trails Unlimited has a fool proof method to determine the viability/ manageability/ sustainable of your trail system.

Contract Preparation

What makes a good and legally defensible contract for both parties, and what are the pitfalls to avoid? Covers contract preparation (contract types, RFQs vs RFPs, “Hybrids”, Terms & Conditions, Scope, Bid Schedules, writing practical and measurable Specifications).
