You can pay separately for conference fees and the Wednesday evening banquet using any combination of checks and/or credit cards. For instance, you can pay for the conference with a government credit card but pay for the banquet with your own credit card or personal check.
If you need separate receipts for conference fees and the banquet, please submit this form twiceonce with conference fees but no meals, and once with meals but no conference fees. Otherwise, you can submit this form once for both conference fees and meals but still pay for them separately.
So that we can track who is paying for what by which means, youll be asked to select your combination of per diem payment options at the beginning of the form. Then follow the directions below for checks and/or credit cards.
If youre paying by check
LATE REGISTRATION: Please bring your check with you and pay at the door.
Make your check payable to Western Trailbuilders Association. WTBA's Federal Tax ID# is 98-0681233.
Note that WTBA cannot accept credit cards via US Mail or by phone.

If youre paying by credit card
Because WTBA cant process credit cards directly by phone or mail, registering online is a two-step process.
First, fill out the form below. When you press the Submit button at the bottom of the form, youll see an acknowledgement page with a link to PayPal.com.
Second, follow the link to our instruction page on how to send credit card payments to WTBA using PayPal.com (which is secure, well-established, and free for you). Then follow the link to PayPal.com where youll make the actual payment. (This sounds more complicated than it is.)
