Feb. 9-10 The Universal Trails Assessment Process (UTAP) Workshop was so popular in 2002 that we're hosting it again in 2003. Half of each day is spent in the field. Details	Feb. 14-15 Join IMBA, the International Mountain Bicycling Association, for this special two-day Advanced Trailbuilding School. Instruction will focus on the key design elements that make a trail system appealing to mountain bikers, including technical terrain features, flow, armoring, steeps and sustainability. Main conference hotel: Atlantis Casino Resort, Reno, Nevada Quality Conference Hotels: Atlantis and Peppermill Events from Feb. 8-13 will be the Atlantis Hotel/Casino. Meeting rooms and indoor trade show area are optimal, lodging rooms are very nice and reasonably priced, seven restaurants are inside the complex with more nearby. In addition to the towers, the complex also has a comfortable Motor Lodge. Downtown is a municipal bus ride away. Events on Feb. 14-15 will be at the Peppermill Hotel Casino, 3900' up the street from Atlantis.
