All prices are al a carte, i.e. you can attend either or both workshops and the WTBA Conference.

Fees
We're very pleased to have the support of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)
which helps keep registration fees low.

Register online and pay by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AmEx. We've invested in an easy-to-use shopping cart that securely processes credit card transactions like any other secure web store.

Register By Mail with Check Payment

Download the registration form in PDF format, print it on your printer, fill it in by hand, and snail-mail it with your check.

Additional Registration Info

Most lunches are included in registration
Registrations for workshops include lunches for each full day of the workshop. For the WTBA conference on Feb. 3-5, lunches on Feb. 5 and 6 are included in registration. The Tuesday night party is also included as part of the WTBA conference. The Wednesday night banquet, however, is optional.

Banquet reservations are requested
Because we have to pre-order banquets, we request that you reserve banquets during registration. However, you can also purchase banquet tickets (cash or check only, please) during onsite check-in on Tuesday morning and early afternoon. No tickets will be available after Tuesday afternoon or at the door.

Cancellations and refunds
Full refunds of your registration fee will be available through January 30, 2004. After Jan. 30, WTBA will refund all but $50.

Paying separately from registration, purchase orders, and other payment variances
We can be flexible, but if your payment is not in the same envelope as your registration form, PLEASE CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE PERSON(S) FOR WHOM YOUR CHECK IS PAYMENT.

We will reluctantly process purchase orders and other government payment systems, but we prefer that you use Online Registration and pay with a credit card instead.
