Fees and Registration

1. Click the "Download Registration Form" button below to download the two-page registration form (139 K).

2. The form should open and print with Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free application which is probably already on your computer (and may even be connected to your web browser). If clicking on the icon of the downloaded file "WTBA_2004_Conf_Regis.pdf" doesn't launch Adobe Reader, try launching Adobe Reader yourself and opening the file with the "Open" command in the "File" menu. If that doesn't work, please contact Troy Scott Parker (contact info is at bottom of page) to get the form by fax or snail mail.

3. Please print and fill out BOTH pages of the form. It's a friendly form with enough room to write legibly.

4. For per diem payments for the Wednesday night banquet, please deduct the banquet total from your agency check and enclose a personal check for the banquet total. We will print separate receipts that will be in your packet that you'll pick up during onsite check-in.

5. For purchase orders and other payment forms where payment does not accompany the registration form, please contact Don Hays at or (530) 583-9128 (Calif.) to make arrangements beforehand.

6. Mail the completed form with your check(s) enclosed to the address on page 1 of the form.

TIP: How to Save $ on Hotel Reservations

When reserving a room at the conference hotel, do NOT mention that you're attending a conference. All of Reno's hotel casinos use low-priced rooms to attract tourists, and these prices are much lower than business travelers usually pay in business-oriented cities, especially on weekdays. If they think you're there on business when you're making reservations, the hotel will quote higher rates than their tourist rates. So unlike conferences elsewhere, don't mention the conference and save $10/night or more.

Also, please enclose any comments or suggestions you may have, or email .
Thanks for attending the 2004 Trailbuilders Conference, and we’ll see you there.
