In the following report, the "Line ID" is the order where the features are on the trail.  Where the "Structure Name" is "trail", in most cases something on the line feature Attribute changed. This cell also tells you what type the feature is.

"Trail Name" shares the cell with a "Feature" description. Percent grade is either positive or negative (up or down). Side slope or cross slope in percent tells you the exposure to the side. "Material" is what the trail bed is composed of and what a "Feature" is constructed with. "Brush" and "Timber" tell what to expect if clearing is needed. "Clearing" lets you know if the trail needs clearing in that segment and for how many feet. In this example, there is only one user group so a secondary user group is not available. If a "Comment" is needed, this cell is where it is. "Line Length" is the length of that segment. This becomes useful for budgeting purposes when the various feature attributes are queried.  Notice points do not have a length, but they do have attributes.
 
Any feature can be further queried or sorted to any attribute in the data dictionary to create the specific report you want. An associated map can be made to visually show locations of features to be worked on in their relationship to other features or geographic locations. Photos can be embedded into maps to show what the feature to be repaired looks like.
 
With a report similar to this you may be able to create a long term budget for the property. This report can be used by a trail crew to walk a trail and repair features as needed.  Or it can be the basic information for a bid proposal.
 
This report also uses feature codes for importing into databases such as "Oracle" or "INFRA".
