The Enchanted Circle Trails Association (ECTA) seeks a qualified contractor to plan and construct a rock retaining wall, ramp, and stairs to replace the current structure at the Devisadero Trailhead in Taos, New Mexico. This new structure, around 47 feet long and six feet wide, will rise gradually towards the “Welcome to Taos” sign and incorporate a ramp with side steps. The construction will employ natural rocks sourced locally or commercially for a visually seamless appearance that blends with the natural surroundings. The project must be finished by December 31, 2024.

The Waterfall to Ptarmigan Bridges and Trail Construction Project is for the supply and installation of 2 pre-engineered steel trail bridges, spanning approximately 50 feet across Waterfall Creek and 80 feet across Ptarmigan Creek, and for the construction of approximately 2.8 miles of new trail between these bridges on the Chugach National Forest north of Seward, Alaska. Trail construction methodology will follow a linear grading model where design features are guided by specifications listed in the attached Appendix A, Scope of Work, but final features are determined in the field during construction by the contractor with final approval by the USDA Forest Service (FS) Representative.
COGGS (Cyclists of Gitchee Gumee Shores) invites proposals for the rehabilitation,
widening, and necessary water management for approximately ±4,000 feet of existing bike-optimized, machine-built singletrack. Builder will need to follow Specification 15 in the “Trail Specification Matrix”. This trail segment is vital as it will seamlessly connect with a newly constructed “Universally Accessible Trail” scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024. The primary objective of this maintenance project is to create a fully inclusive loop accessible to all mountain bike riders, including those with adaptive bikes.
