PTBA has just released a request for proposals to manage our trade association and provide conference coordination for the next 6 months. Please note that this RFP is broken into two sections. One for administrative management, and one for the more trail industry knowledgable conference and workshop coordination functions. Therefore, depending on the skills of the applying entity, they could submit a proposal to cover either one, or all of these duties. There is a lot of flexibility built into this process in the hopes that we can match up our needs with the right folks.
So please think creatively about who you know that might be interested in all or a part of this project and pass it along.
