Project Description: The purpose of this Solicitation is for Arapahoe County Open Spaces, hereinafter referred to as ACOS, to receive proposals from responsible and qualified firms for the design/build of a Mountain Bike Skills Wheel Park to be located at Dove Valley Regional Park (DVRP); located in a 3.77 acre (164,189 SF) area within the Park, see Exhibit C. This project will include three major elements: (1) Conceptual and final design of a Mountain Bike Skills Area, conducted and coordinated closely with DVRP Phase 1 design and construction by Wenk and Associates; (2) All machinery, materials, and labor necessary to complete all construction of a trail system, natural, manmade, and engineered technical trail features (ETTF); and (3) Professional engineering of all ETTF structures.
