Click on the "Register Me Now" link and complete the step by step process. After completing the registration process, return to the home page.  You should see your name and detailed information on the left side of the screen.  This means you are officially logged into the Illinois Procurement Bulletin.  If this information does not appear, enter your email address and password in the My Bulletin box located in the upper right corner of the screen. 

Enter L032519 in the appropriate box on the search screen.  The RFI number will appear; however, you must click on it to open it.  This screen will show an overview and contact information of the project.  On the right side of the screen, select the file to download. (Requires Adobe Reader)  The complete RFI documents will open and can be printed.
