Sponsor + Exhibitor Opportunities
2026 Sustainable Trails Conference
Boise, ID
April 14-16 2026
Join us as a Sponsor or Exhibitor!
At the 2026 Sustainable Trails Conference, exhibitors are more than vendors — they’re part of the community. As an exhibitor, you’ll be at the hub of the conference experience, with your booth positioned as a natural gathering place for attendees.
Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the educational sessions, giving you a front-row seat to the latest trends, challenges, and innovations shaping the trail industry. You’ll also join attendees for meals, networking breaks, and receptions, ensuring plenty of time to build meaningful connections in both formal and casual settings.
The Trail Expo and exclusive Dirt Demo highlight your products and services in action, while dedicated expo hours and natural flow during breaks mean that most attendees will spend significant time engaging with exhibitors. This unique format ensures that you’re not just showing up for a trade show — you’re woven directly into the learning, conversations, and connections that define the conference.

Dirt Demo: Optional and free opportunity if you sponsor or register for the Trail Expo
The Dirt Demo provides outdoor space and an interactive venue to share your product! Participation in the Dirt Demo is a free and optional benefit to companies who have a table at the Trail Expo. Bring mechanized equipment that you’d like attendees to see in action, build a bridge on site, and/or set up a 10’X10’ tent.
Equipment Sponsor: In-Kind
Trailbuilding Companies who bring equipment to support the Dirt Demo and workshops are valued sponsors because without this support, the mechanized workshops and Dirt Demo could not happen. Level of sponsorship will depend on the number of machines and the longevity of use - and conference registrations, a table at the Trail Expo, and logo recognition will be determined case by case.
Trail Expo: Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15
The Trail Expo (indoor venue) will be Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15 (with setup on Monday, April 13).
