Short Description (25-30 words): Design–Build teams will lead Tannery's Phase 3 final trail design, refinement, and construction in coordination with project partners. These new trails and bike optimized assets will form a cohesive skills progression zone that welcomes and supports new riders, families, youth, adaptive riders, and experienced cyclists in a confidence-building environment.
