Engineering firm to develop & implement a 5 acre bike park in WV

Project Title: White Sulphur Springs Bike Park

Short Description (25-30 words): The City of White Sulphur Springs, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, is requesting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide the services necessary to develop and implement a five (5) acre bike park destination specifically for cyclists at various levels of ability. The selected consultant will be required to (1) review master trail plan, (2) design and prepare construction drawings, bid specifications and bid documents, (3) assist in meeting State and Federal environmental requirements, (4) assist acquiring necessary permits, (5) evaluate bids received and make recommendation of award(s), (6) monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, (7) review and approve contractor’s pay estimates and (8) any other services needed by the City for the implementation of this project.
