2022 Trail Expo + Dirt Demo Details

Tuesday, March 29 & Wednesday, March 30

The Trail Expo and Dirt Demo are so dynamic that many of our attendees come primarily for the unique, hands-on opportunities offered. The attendees are the decision makers at federal, state and local agencies, trail advocacy associations, private organizations and trail building companies.

Trail Expo Venue

The Trail Expo will be at the Record, the home base for the conference. Registration, morning coffee and a la carte breakfast, lunch, keynotes and social events will all take place at the Record. There will also be one concurrent session track that happens at the Record as well. Because some sessions will be off-site, we have built in the Trail Expo hours around the Plenary and Keynote sessions at the Record.

The Indoor Expo will be in the Record South. It is a great space with natural light and a modern industrial feel!

DRAFT TRAIL EXPO HOURS

Monday, 3/28
4:00 - 6:00 pm - Trail Expo Set-up at the The Record

Tuesday 3/29
7:00 - 9:00 am - Breakfast and Welcome at the Record

We will have registration adjacent to the Trail Expo, so attendees will enter the Trail Expo immediately after registering. We will also serve coffee and a la carte breakfast items in the Trail Expo to facilitate networking and booth exploration.

12:15 - 2:00 pm - Lunch at the Record
Participants will pick up their food and disperse throughout the Record. This networking time will be an excellent time for participants to connect with vendors in the Trail Expo.

5:15 - 8:00 pm - Happy Hour in the Trail Expo (and Keynote next door from 5:30 - 6:15
This will be a social, fun gathering, and opportunity to interact with attendees.

Wednesday, 3/30
8:00 - 9:15 am - Breakfast in the Trail Expo
We will serve coffee and a la carte breakfast items in the Trail Expo to facilitate networking and booth exploration.

12:15 - 1:45 pm - Trail Expo and Lunch at the Record
Participants will pick up their food and disperse throughout the Record. This networking time will be an excellent time for participants to connect with vendors in the Trail Expo.

3:30 - 6:00 pm - Dirt Demo (field site TBD)
Participating vendors will share their mechanized equipment and products with all conference participants in the field.

Wednesday, March 30, 3;30 - 6:00 pm

All attendees will have transportation (or will ride their bikes) to come out to this fun and interactive event. The festivities will include equipment demonstrations, networking, and trail exploration.

Get your product and brand in front of attendees at the Indoor Expo and the Outdoor Demo. The outdoor demo will be offsite and ALL attendees will be transported to this fun and dynamic event. Includes conference meals for one representative. Additional meal plans available. 10′x10′ with a table and 2 chairs at Indoor Expo

Trail Expo Only - $500

Get your product and brand in front of attendees at the Indoor Expo. The conference program will include 'Trade Show Exclusives' and all break food will be served in the Indoor Expo. Includes conference meals for one representative. Additional meal plans available. Registration includes a 10′x10′ space with an 8’ draped table and 2 chairs.

Non-Profit Association Trail Expo Only - $225
