Project Description: The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks proposals from respondents with extensive experience in all phases of trail development – including concept, design and permitting – with the expertise in environmental, cultural/historic resource management, multi-modal transportation planning and economic/community development needed to craft a concept plan for a trail between the Inner Harbor in Baltimore and Sykesville in Carroll County, MD.
Written questions about this RFP shall be submitted to Jamie Bridges via email (jbridges@baltometro.org), and must be received by 3 p.m. EST onTuesday, August 9, 2016. Answers to all written questions will be posted on the BMC website by 3 p.m. EST on Thursday, August 12, 2016.
Proposals must be received by BMC by 3 p.m. EST on Friday, August 19, 2016.
