Project Description: The Enchanted Circle Trails Association (ECTA) seeks a qualified contractor to plan and construct a rock retaining wall, ramp, and stairs to replace the current structure at the Devisadero Trailhead in Taos, New Mexico. This new structure, around 47 feet long and six feet wide, will rise gradually towards the “Welcome to Taos” sign and incorporate a ramp with side steps. The construction will employ natural rocks sourced locally or commercially for a visually seamless appearance that blends with the natural surroundings. The project must be finished by December 31, 2024.
