Job Description: The Natural Areas Public Improvements Maintenance Worker is a seasonal (10-month) position with the City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Dept. The employee performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in natural areas maintenance. These activities can include: trail and fence construction, repair, and maintenance; trash and litter removal; vault toilet cleaning; installation of signs; construction and repairs of public improvements; planting and seeding; weed control; installation and repair of irrigation systems; and other maintenance activities on natural area sites of varying size and composition.
